The Circle City Band was the brainchild of Paul Thomas, aka Pryme Tyme and Stanlee Paul. Thomas was an experienced musician and sound engineer who worked with Indianapolis bands including Amnesty, Ebony Rhythm Band, and Manchild. Via the Rickie Clark agency, Thomas launched the Circle City Band as a recording project, releasing four 12″ singles in the mid 1980’s. A compilation of the Circle City Band’s recordings was released in 2012 on Luv ‘n Haight Records.
