| Bio: The 7 (Seven) C’s were mainly a soul cover band starting in 1965. Adding Roosevelt Johnson to the line-up as lead vocalist resulted in Roosevelt Johnson and the 7 C’s formula that would last until 1973. Photo shown is the 1967 line-up and there were several band members come and go over the years. Two 45’s are credited to the band – Groovin / Call On Me (Black Jack label 1968), and We were always sweethearts / Black cat (Rondo label 1972). | |
